If you aren't going to get the one you have re-cored, measure the dimensions of the rad and note mounting points and go to a rad shop and hit the books.

well a friend tried welding a crack it had but the torch was too hot and it melted some small tubes on the bottom of the rad.

you could go the aluminum route
or you could have it re-cored

If you use an oddball rad, when you install it, be sure to have a few buddies help you . they need to hold it at each end and you need to put the fan shroud on and center it on the cooling fan, this is a must. or you wont get the cooling system to operate properly. and chew the shroud up. First make sure that the hosse inlet and outlet are in the same location,. after 72. they changed sides on the bottom hose.
