2013 chrysler 300 engine swap
Im planning on changing out my engine i have a 3.6l v6 right now but want to but a 5.7l v8 i looked online and saw a couple options for engines i ran into a 2013 5.7 right below 60k miles but i then saw a 2022 engine same thing 5.7l v8 right below 20k miles and im not sure if it would fit it and if so what else do i need to upgrade electronically to have a 2022 engine.cause having a newer engine with low miles is probably better than an older one with more miles. Any help tips and advice would be really appreciated.

The short answer is it won't fit without many changes. Your 3.6 transmission, exhaust, radiator, engine mounts and other related parts from the 6 cylinders are completely different from the v8. I've done a few engine size changes in my time, and it definitely has always posed a problem. Your choice but be ready for a struggle.

My Opinion on these changes are.... If you are going to do a change over like this... Get the whole car as a total... So if it has been rearedded and totaled, then you have everything you need for the most part.
Wiring, PCM, BCM, TCM, Brake upgrade if needed.. Just my point...
If you choose not go the other route, Cleveland Performance has Pallet kits...
