Chrysler Power Windows

Good morning, New member here, tracking down info on the following..
I have a car, not a Chrysler make, however, but it has power seats from something like a late 80's Caravan. These are plushy red velour, late 80's vintage. Only the drivers seat is power and uses a switch panel on the lower left. The seat worked 5 years ago and has been in dry controlled storage, in my basement, til yesterday.
Three underseat motors, each have 2 wires connected to the main panel by a group connector. 3 Switches, top is upper forward/back, underneath is another forward/back and adjacent is a large 4 toggle for up/down/forward/back. Only this one seat has power, so I can't comment as to having 2 seat forward and back switches.
I checked the pinouts on the group connector and all motor wires have continuity through the switch, ie, forward thru one wire, back through the other. The 4 way also works. All the connector wires are color coded, so that's straight and there are 2 large (10) gauge power(?) wires, one red and the other black. I've GROUNDED the seat frame to the car and applied power to the red, but none of the switches do anything, not even a hum, from the motors. However, pressing any of the switches, will energize the black, which adds to the confusion.
I'll be checking the motors individually today, but any ideas here?

thanks
