Failed Emissions
Here is the emissions report information maybe this will hepl you all narrow this down. Also when I start the truck it doesn't seem to fire up sharp and strong like I think it should. It's more like a lazy fire up but it does start after a pump or two of the pedal. The truck has 61, 700 mile origanal miles on it.

failing emissions is rugged. can't change something and test yourself. when you say it doesn't fire up strong, could be a stuck choke. but i would bet there are some basic tune up issues. check compression. replace plugs cap rotor. check plug wires (you raise the hood at night and look for sparks off the wires) check timing. replace air filter. clean the piece that crankcase vapor goes to air cleaner. replace pcv valve. if it has o2 sensor, test it. may be bad.
