440 EFI Right intake/Cam

This New Yorker will be used to pull my antique boat.

The boat and trailer are about 5500 lbs.

The New Yorker does have a limited slip 3.25 rear.

Engine has 70K miles. Stock lower end.

Very clean inside.

Performer RPM 7193 or the Performer 2191

Performer RPM 7193
Operating range: 1,500-6,500 RPM
Does not support EGR
Performer 2191
Operating range: Idle-5,500 RPM
Does support EGR
I would be happy with the 2191 as I need an EGR for inspection, but the divider is level with the flange while the 7193 is machined about an inch lower.
I am told you need this lower divider for self learning systems.
If so I could machine the 2191.
Anyone have experience with this?

Cams:
I do not understand cams very well.
I want low end torque and smooth idle.
The engine will never see 5,000 RPM
This is not a race car.
Edelbrock 2192 or Comp Cam CL21-22-4

Here is a comparison I did: http://hlsm.com/chrysler/

Operating range:
Comp Cam CL21-22-4: 1,300 to 5,300
Edelbrock 2192: Idle to 5,500
I did not see this as a problem because since the torque converter is in that range. It's a factory converter. So maybe 1,500 RPM stall?

Duration at 050 lift
Comp Cam CL21-22-4: 262 int./270 exh.
Edelbrock 2192: 204 int./214 exh.
Lobe Separation (degrees):
Comp Cam CL21-22-4: 110
Edelbrock 2192: 112
Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio:
Comp Cam CL21-22-4: 0.462 int./0.470 exh.
Edelbrock 2192: 0.420 int./0.442 exh.
What performance difference would I see with these cam's?
I am leaning toward the Comp Cam.

I'd go with the Edelbrock cam. The comp specs don't look correct.
