Carb/ Vacuum line routing

Hi All. Thanks for your advice on getting my 68 Coronet 500 going again! Seem to be having a fuel issue. Plugs were black and sooty which to me points to a rich mix. Tried to adjust the idle mix screws and it doesn't stumble much as I turn them in. Further the vacuum line routing is questionable. Note: the car sat for 2 years with stabilizer and now has fresh fuel. The engine is a bit of a mix. '69 340, x heads, '73 dual plane intake, '69 Carter AVS (650 ish) Rebuilt the carb 2 yrs ago. Haven't had any luck looking thru internet for pics or diagrams of vac routing. :banghead:

Is it stock or modified in layout? Which Vac lines are you referring to?

Power booster, PVC, ported to dist, etc?

I generally, use the shortest route possible, unless a little longer is safer and looks better...
