ford/mopar holley carb

i have a 1972 340 mopar motor with edelbrock 4 barrel intake. i have a holley carb with the identification code E5ZE-9510-GA LIST-50265 1505. after some research, supposedly that carb came from a 1985 mustang 302 v8. is this carb compatible with the 340 i have?

Jesse -

Sure, go to larger jets, but then you're A/F mixture will be off...
And smaller than a 600 may not be a problem.
