Lead additive

I have a 72 Dodge D200 with a 400 ci motor. I am using premium gas, but am wondering if I should be throwing in a lead additive. I have not have any issues so far, but I have found mixed information online.

You have found mixed information online because everyone has an opinion. If it runs okay I would leave it alone. That's my opinion.
