trying to estimate horsepower and torque slightly built 440
I have a 440 from 1973 that cam out of a winni. I took it to my mopar motor guy and he said it had the good crank and rods. I had him bore it .30 over and installed these pistons
Speed-Pro Forged Pistons ZL2295F30

it has stock 452 heads on it and stock 4 barrel intake.
I'm trying to guestimate the HP and Torque
by the info here what would you guess?

unless you cut 0.30 off those heads and ground out some of the rough casting in the exhaust ports you wont get much gain from the heads.
Second your using a chevy cut cam. It will run wonky but it is a much milder lift than a stock mopar performance cam. Again no gain.
Your horsepower reguardless of exhaust as it will run less with headers on it would be about 290 - 320 hp.
If you had gone with 30 off the heads the thin tin headgaskets and a mopar performance magnum cam ( purple cam in catalog ) you would have gotten around 400 hp without smoothing the ports just to give you an idea.
You didn't mention what compression ratio the pistons you choose was so I have to assume it's a straight swap with a base of 8.5- 8.7.
As a rule using anything but a stock mopar cam in a chrysler engine is a very stupid idea as they are cut on machines setup to cut ford and chevy cams which are different lobes than a mopar is.
Im less than thrilled that these xtreme cams are now listed in the mopar performance catalog as I have already had the pleasure of swapping these out of mid 70s engines with the (purple) original cams.

That is nothing but a stock type cam.. There are much better cams available from the aftermarket that use the larger mopar lifter to their advantage. . SOME say the Mopar Performance cams are not what they used to be ? Don't know

Let me give a little more info:
It will be run on propane. that was the reason for the cam choice. I remember my motor guy telling me that the pistons I got were domed and would give me a compression ratio of about 10.4:1 Not sure if that is right. but I know that the compression was supposed to be above 10:1. Propane likes high compression since it is on average 108 octane depending on where you buy it.
it will be running the stock exhaust manifold to begin but eventually it will have headers, I was worried about it running out of air so I plan on running this setup for the propane:
