Should New Brake Rotors Look Like This?

Pic a) - Dealer installed new rotors July 7
Pic b) - 2 months later

yeah that's pretty normal, actually, especially for wet places. where are you? what's the weather like?

The surface where the pad runs looks normal. The rotor gets pretty warm in use and when it gets wet, rust starts showing up. Clean them up and paint them with high temp paint.
