Stock factory 2003 DODGE DAKOTA R/t

I'm going to run a 500-600 horsepower 408 small block mopar in this extended cab Dodge Dakota r/t with a 727 auto transmission with the stock factory rearend.what suspension upgrades do I need to do to be able to handle this much horsepower and for I will be able to hook up off the line.and technical knowledge and information would be greatly appreciated Thanks In advance!!!

What brand name or a good company that someone can recommend that I can buy the parts from. Thanks In advance!!!

I don't know what axle assembly you have but for that kind of power a 9" or Dana 60 is needed.
