B Body Gauges not working

B Body Gauges not working
I have a '72 Satellite and the two gauges on the left side stopped working, along with two idiot lights. The gauges are for fuel and temperature and the lights for
the parking brake and oil pressure, everything else works fine. I've narrowed the problem down to a small rectangular box with 3 prongs that plugs into the back of the
instrument panel. It has continuity but doesn't seem to allow voltage to pass through to the gauges. It has a cylindrical object next to it that shares one of the prongs, looks like a condenser from an old set of points.
Does anyone know what know what this rectangular box is and where I can find one?

Search electronic dash voltage limiter, easy DIY or buy premade.

btw, you have a great truck, I didn't even know there was a Warlock, I remember the 'Lil Red Express and the special edition like yours with the black and gold paint scheme (I should've known the black ones weren't called 'Lil Red Express). I remember the W-2 360 engine also, it was a performance small block that replaced the 340 in '75. It had W-2 heads with big valves and big ports and gave it a lot of power, especially for that era.

I installed the new voltage regulator and STILL no luck. The fuel, gauge, temp gauge and idiot lights still don't work. I'm going to try
your suggestion with the silicon chip and capacitor, Do you think that will solve the problem? I assume that's why you installed it in your Fury.
