Does anyone know where you can get taillights like this for a '74 charger? or are they completely self made?

yeah. thier a factory light. you can buy them readily in the aftermarket. nothin special about them.

your gunna need to cut and weld in a stock 70 cuda tail light panel to make em "bolt in"
