Power ram door hinges

Quick question, I have searched high and low for complete door hinges and strikers for my 86 w150 and have come up with absolutely nothing except bushing kit to bandaid the old hinges. Does anyone know where to get parts like that? Any help would be more than appreciated.

Is there something wrong with putting new bushings in the hinges

I think those you can get threw Dorman Products / HELP / MotorMight...
