1972 Plymouth Road Runner 400

BEEP! BEEP!
1972 Plymouth Road Runner

Up For sale is my '72 Road Runner Coupe in Sunfire Yellow (originally Lemon Twist)

This Road Runner has it's original rebuilt 400c.i. engine along with a Holley 750 Double pumper Carb and an Edelbrock Performer 383 Intake Manifold (original manifold is included if you would like)

Recently installed McLeod Clutch disc and Pressure Plate with less than 40 miles since install (with labor cost me $800)

It has an older series Flowmaster muffler set up

4 recently installed Mastercraft Avenger G/T tires (90%)
with it's original 15" Mopar Rally Wheels

3 Speed Manual Floor shifter with reverse (the 'ol H pattern!)

The body is in GREAT condition. Rust is minimal. No dents or body damage.

Great condition padded black vinyl Interior

Headliner is also in great condition

This Road Runner does have Headers AND a ''mild'' Cam installed

Vin Number: RM23P2G154758

This car also comes with it's original Chrysler Broadcast Sheet

Things I would like to point out:

This Road Runner had been repainted several years ago which appears
to be a single stage, yet solid, job.
Over spray is evident on some of the door jam trim and in engine bay area.

There are miscellaneous areas throughout the car that are chipped or scratched areas of paint.
This DID NOT structurally affect the cars body in any visible way.

Originally had the half vinyl top. It was removed and the strobe pattern was put on

The dash is cracked. I want to say just the dash pad, but I feel the whole thing would need a replacement.

This Road Runner is originally a Georgia car. I bring this up to mention that the car has next to nothing as far as rust is concerned. Very minimal for the year.
It was taken care of. I tried to picture as much of this in my photos as possible.
If you request additional photos, that is not an issue.

I'm aware the car doesn't have the 1972 grill installed. I was told that because they were originally made of three separate pieces that it may have cracked and it was replaced with the '71 RR/ Satellite grill at a substantially lower cost. Hey, it's got the Road Runner face in the grill! That has to count for something ; )
