'72 Charger Project

Car is Free to whoever comes and gets it.

I'm in Sumter SC. Long story so I'll make it short, roomate and I bought car to restore, took it apart, roomate died in a freak electric accedent. I started working on it a little, cleaning what I could and I got the engine block and heads done by the local machine shop, everything checks out. Put all new bearings cam/crank, then it sat. I got ahold of a corvette and worked on that a ton, have like 3 other projects and this ain't priority anymore.

it really just makes me sad to even look at it. The local salvage yard offered me $200 for scrap. The car doesn't have a title because it changed hands twice before me and the original owner is dead. I don't want the car to go to waste, it really has some promise and there is surface rust but only part that is really bad is the rear of the roof.

I am getting my SCCA license and I am going to need room for my race car. So, Im tired, the thing is free to anyone who wants to come get it. If it ain't gone by mid April I'll scrap it.

Call or text me with any questions, 8645426690 I'll tell you what I know. Can't talk during day cause I teach but leave name and number and I'll get back to you.

Here is car when I first got it home

I assume that it is still in pieces and someone will need a good trailer to haul all of them away. Thanks for posting.
