1972 Dodge Dart Demon Vin G

Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a 72 dart demon, vin g (318) The car came in pieces, and i am putting it back together. There were some parts missing, and some parts are the wrong year. ie: 1979 truck transmission, 1979 wiring harness, etc... Anyway, my question is about fender emblems. I cannot figure out what emblems go on the fenders. The hole pattern doesnt seem to match anything I have seen. I will try to attach pictures of the hole pattern and fender tag. Any help would be appreciated.

That spacing looks really random, almost like holes drilled when a slide hammer is used to pull dents. Probably not what they are though.

The holes are identical on the other side.

Someone probably used a Swinger front clip due to damage to the original front fenders. In 72, IIRC, the Demon emblem was pot metal like the swinger, so if you have the Demon emblems, they may or may not fit. Worse case you can fill in the wrong holes, and drill new ones.

Here are a few pic of the process of getting it ready for the street. what a project! way more than i originally thought. it is not "restored". I painted it in my carport. replaced just about every moving part. still has a couple of major problems than no one can seem to figure out. but it looks pretty good, and goes fast!
