CPR for an old Fish

Hey guys! got a newbie here. My pops posted this somewhere on here, but i can't find it, and figured i'd repost in my own words here!...I'm tryin to put a '98 5.2 and 5speed in my '65 Barracuda. The mill and trans is comin outta a Ram 2wd, and I'm gettin the ecm as well, wut I wanna figure out is how much trouble are we headed for with this swap? any of you tried a similar swap yet? how hard is the clutch to adapt? crossmember fabbing...etc. also, I'm lookin at a set of headers designed for the truck (they're made to mate with the factory headpipes) and was wonderin if anybody knew if they'd clear my steering knuckle. Any help/advice will be GREATLY appreciated!!
