New mopar guy...
Hey everyone,
Just picked up my first Mopar ever!! Its a 1971 Plymouth Scamp. Completely rebuilt 360 .30 over. Buckets, console. Suregrip rearend 8 3/4. Headers with dual exhaust. Got a deal I couldnt pass up, so I bought it without knowing anything about these things. What kind of HP am I looking at with that setup? What are some upgrades I can do to that engine to get some more power? Can anyone recommend somewhere with some good info on this car and engine? From what I have read so far what I have is a good start... Heres a pic of the engine if that helps any... Cheers! |

Also what is the highest compression I can go with stock internls. What piston and rods would you recommend? Ive been reading a TON about what cam to put in it, but theres so many different opinions.
My goal for the summer is for it to run mid 12's to mid 11's. What would it take to get me there? |
