Fuel pressure regulator

Webber 38/38 carb. Headers dual exhaust. Clifford intake.

Towing with 1982 dodge d150 Miser. Slant 6 with Clufford setup
What can I do to tow 5000 pounds with this?

Put a hitch on it, back in the eighties I knew a racer who towed his Duster on a 16’ trailer with a /6 Dodge.
