Windshield wiper issues

Hello all. Looking for some help. My wipers wont turn off. I have a 1975 d100 2wd with 318 auto. The wiper switch has 2 connectors on the back. If i take connector with 2 wires off, they stop like they should, and the washer pump works. But no high speed. When both are connected, i have everything, washer pump, high, low speed all work just will not stop. I have tried different switches with no luck. Any ideas??

In the motor there is a park circuit. That circuit senses when the wipers are in the park position. It will keep power to the motor until the wipers reach the park position.
My guess is that part of the motor is bad. I never tried to repair one.
