1968 charger

Just looked at a 1968 charger. The body is very solid but the roof and sail panels are pretty rusted, Anyone have any tips on this problem? Should I buy it fo $9000

Are we talking rusted from vinyl top and window seal rust? Roof change is tough, Im doing one now. Pics would be nice.

Roof was a vinyl top.

Looks like you can get roof skin ad sail panels on e-bay

Still has numbers matching 383/727
