1970 Charger 500 SE

Full Disclosure: I am a newB to the world of mopars. I was offered a sale while looking around for a classic muscle car. Thought I could use some of the forums expertise!

It is a #s car, 383 2-bbl, (now with 4 bbl), engine and trans rebuilt around 5k miles ago.
Console shift, A/C, and so on. The owner installed “dash harness new”, he sent ALL of the gauges up to R/T Engineering in Virginia for re-furb.
Also has the tic-toc tac, and the clock does work! He also replaced the wiring harness for the headlights, and re-wired the doors to a separate switch under dash.
The drivers seat cushion is new and re- upholstered, as well the pass. Seat cushion, and both front seat backs NEW in package. There is a New Engine harness
Still in box. The brakes are ALL re-done, including master cylinder. Has been sitting in garage for 3 months.

ISSUES???

When I looked at it the trans pan gasket (cork) had started dripping.
Small drip from oil filter. ( probably dried out)

The paint: Was re-painted in late 80’s, and does have a few door dings, and some scratches. Rust: Small section lower right rear rocker.

Vinyl top is good.

PRICE:

Once again, I have not idea of what is right or not. The asking is 22.5K and I am clueless.

Please help!
