1974 Road Runner Fuel Line Sizes

I,m redoing a 1974 Road runner and need to install new fuel lines (none on car). When I go to sites to order they all say that the main line can be 3/8 or 5/16/ or 1/4, the return line can be 5/16 or 1/4 and they list a third line that says vapour return line and it can be 5/16 or 1/4. I have a 400 cu in automatic car and there is a vapour canistor on the rt fender, Does anyone know what I need for this car. thanks.

dboland go with what is on your fuel lines coming from your fuel gauge in your tank but im almost certain you have 5/16 lines but you can check what they are from your tank out lines it will be on top of your tank ill do some checking for you but pretty sure 5/16

would that be 5/16 for all lines? Would that be 2 or 3 lines? Checked the sender but hard to get good reading due to rust build up. Probably will need to order a new sending unit also.

on a-bodies 67-69 that had big blocks they had bigger 3/8 size lines and small blocks had 5/16 could have been the same for the b-body line up aswell i had a 66 coronet that was stock and it had a 273 i replaced the fuel tank and sending unit with one for a big block and it was a 3/8 size my old one was a 5/16 ,..... not sure on all the other lines you have ,....you could call yearone and tell them and they could tell you the availablity of what with what they might have them in sets for factory resto
good luck i hope that this helps
