Question 1974 Road Runner Upper control arm

I need a set of upper control arms for my 1974 Road Runner. I have a couple questions does anyone know how to tell if I have upper control arms with rear isolators or without rear isolaters? and would upper control arms for a 1972 work on a 1974? Are they a swap or need modifications? Any assistance would be of help thanks.

The only "isolators" that were used on any rear drive era Mopars were used either 1. between the K frame and the unibody or;
2. between the rear axle and the leaf spring.
The car does not have an isolator on the upper control arm.
