I was on the B&M website looking for a shirt kit to put in my 727. I have a 71 satellite with a 727. But on the website the kit says 66-70 kit for a 727. Will the kit not work in a 71? or is it the same or wat is the problem?

ok let me rephrase. I was looking at the "shift improver kits"

maybe a transpak since its everything the shift kit is and then some. While it still fits the 71 727

Might want to try Paul at TurboAction.com He is very good on 727 and 904's. Both race and street or a combination of the two.... I've used him for years and he rebuilds as well as selling parts... He knows them inside and out.....
