Today I picked up a 74 440 (truck motor), Its been sitting a while and will need rebuild. It is .30 over with flat top pistions, not sure if any decking was done. I know the rod bearings are .10 under, I did not see any stamp for the mains. I will be tearing it apart tomorrow. The odd thing is it has one 902 head and one 346 head. any advice on the effects of this combo?

 

Maybe some mechanic shop replaced with what was easiest to get a hold of...
