A couple of problems. Any help would be great
My first problem is how to install the wiper arm to the motor. I have the all of the pieces I believe (2 plastic pieces one looks like a ring and the other fits inside of it and asl the clip that goes over the pin the arm rests on. Is there a certain technique that has to be done. I can't seem to get the metal clip to slid into the groove on the pin. I was told to use an e-clip, but it just came off after a couple of intervals.
Second, all of the lights go real dim when I am at idle (headlights & dash) I also see that the volt meter moves to "D". If I have a turn signal on all of the light seem to flicker at the same time. I have a dash wiring problem and do not know if it is partially related to this. I am fairly new as to repairing vehicles, so I'm sorry if I don't give any specific details.

With problem number 2, also see I posted the same issue a few weeks back and nobody replied to it though. I replaced my voltage regulator (should be bolted to the upper firewall) and it seemed to solve this issue. My lights were going real dim at idle and the alternator needle was bouncing around like crazy. I now keep a couple of these in my glove box as well as a couple of ballast resistors (also bolted to the firewall right next to the voltage regulator, ballast resistor is usually 3 inches long by 3/4 in high and white)...some fellow Mopar fans gave me this advice first thing as they are notoriously the biggest nuisance issue causing parts and only cost short money to keep spares.

it could also be a loose terminal in the main bulkhead [ where the wires go into the engine compartment i had a similar prob i disconnected them and removed each wire from the connector one at a time and cleaned and squeezed the ends alittle closer so that the spade terminal would be tighter i hope this helps

with the 1st prob i too am working on this my rods seem to be hitting the shafts that the wipers attach too im gonna get another assembly this week from a duster and see if this will fix the prob i'll have an extra clip and plastic bushing if it will interchange with your 67
