Front End

The front end will start to be redone this weeked. I will post pics of the progress.

What kit you using? I was planning on doing mine this fall (pending motor swap and potentially paint/body work too). I was going to go with the PST polygraphite set.

i decided to go with the regular rubber kit
i didnt want to use the poly
they make the suspension very rough

what brand did you choose? This months hot rod has a great article on B Body suspension re-builds....Hotchkis..

i am not sure of the company
because, i got lucky and found a guy who wanted to get ride of everything brand new for $250
year one wanted $1000

finding the socket for the upper ball joint was the hardest part of the job
it is a special one, not one you'd find in any appliance store

i cannot post pics until i get the pics developed out of my digital camera
if i download the pics to the computer, they delete from the camera
all the pics from the entire job should be on here my next week
the job is still on-going

everything went ok
thank God this car has little to no rust on it at all
no bolts were rusted on

The job concluded today with the alignment
new tires are needed, but at least that is simple
the car rides softer now
