Fuel leak by vent tube in front of tank

Please help. I have a 69 Hemi Super Bee that pukes fuel out of vent tube on top of fuel tank and drains over rear axle. Can not drive car for fear of fire. Replaced tank- no better. Long vent tube that goes into trunk IS OPEN the fuel is coming out of S shaped tube that mounts to crossmember. Hemi cars and 440 6Pack cars have a vapor/fuel return line that comes from filter/vapor seporator by fuel pump. Mopar says vapor return line is supposed to have .060 oriface and the new seporator I have has a 5/32 or .156 hole???????? Hemi cars have two vent tubes in front of tank and the gas is coming out of hole that is closest to sending unit. Call me at 920 733 0283 or email me at rjgrode@gmail.com Thanks so much, driving me nuts !!!
