how much is this 69 RR body worth?
hi guys
new to forum but not new to mopars. I love em! well im looking to start a life long love with a late 60s roadrunner or cuda and im looking to get a 440 or a 426 for it one day. not knowing what the value is of a rough body such as this, i look to the experts such as you guys.
so, please enlighten me.....what would the vaule be of a 69 roadrunner body only such as this? as far as underbody rust goes, i havent looked at it. so while giving est. please give two, one for swiss cheese and one for pretty solid. thanks!

It's worth only what you want to pay for it. Too hard to put a value on a rusted body. Offer him 300
and see if he bites. A seller should always have an asking price let us know what they want and we can tell you yes way or take the highway.

IF it was a RR it probably had a 383. That would be a MAJOR MAJOR project. Not for the faint of heart !!! To be honest you could buy a decent RR for maybe 15-20K
That would be a 25K+ investment or more plus months of work

That thing probably has more holes in it then the grand canyon.... It's hard to tell from just one picture though.
Anything can be replaced, but you'd most likely end up building a whole new car around the vin tag if you buy that.

That looks more like a Sport Satellite than a Road Runner. Check out the grill and hood. Serial number prolly goes RP23F9.
I'll pretty well agree with everyone's price above, but it all comes down to how much YOU are willing to pay and how much youcan afford to spend on new sheet metal and other parts. In the long run, the better car you can buy at the start will be cheaper than spending very little and getting very little in return. If you can spend $10K for a really nice car now, it will prolly save you $20K more in work and parts as time goes by.
Here's you a 69 vin code page, this will help you figure out what is sitting there. http://www.tpocr.com/plymouthvin6.html
