idle & brake problem

I have a 70 RR when at idle it wants to stall and the brake don't really work, could this be a vacuum problem?

Welcome.

Yes. Take the hose off to the brake booster and plug, if idle should smooth out the booster is leaking. Make sure the hose is not leaking.
