New Project!!!
Hello everyone,
Well, I have been away from Mopars for awhile but, I have just purchased my next project and .....I and EXCITED!!!! I just purchased a 1967 Plymouth Satellite. It is a small block car with no AC(yuck) but it is really in GREAT shape. The interior is nearly perfect and will probably need nothing. The body has a couple of small rust issues but nothing that appears to be major. The car was bought from the original owners grandson who started the resto(interior first) then kids, work and life in general got in the way so he sold it.
I currently have a 440 and 727 sitting in the garage just waiting for a new home and it looks like I found it. I am considering doing a GTX clone. I mainly want a nice street car that I can take to local cruise ins, etc. Being new to this, if anyone could refer me to parts suppliers to help with the repairs(lower quarter patch panels), GTX items, big block engine mounts, etc it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike
P.S. The car will actually be delivered on Weds. I will get some pics then.
