Seatbelts

Hey, does anybody know if seatbelts from a 73 Cuda will work for a 71 2door Satellite?

Do yours lock up really super easy and you have to pull them just right?

the belts in my dart did that. I don't know if i should have done this or not, but i sprayed some WD40 in them, and they work fine now.
