Should I stay away from this 72 Charger?

It's listed on eBay, and i think it's strange no ones bid on it yet. Does having the frame swapped de-value it that much?? I mean it's got the 440, virtually no rust, although it doesn't have the rallye gauges. Is it worth what he's asking? And if I had it painted, new interior, engine worked over, etc? Would it still be worth something even if the frame was swapped?

You can replace subframe rails, they need to be cut out and welded in, but I don't think it was done well, he had to "add a spacer to the hood to get the gap correct". sounds like it will leave 4 tracks in the snow....
