Trying to track down a 70' rr/satellite in PA, From the 80's?

I'm sure this is nearly impossible without a vin number ETC, But I thought this would be a good place to start. I've been searching for a really long time, But haven't had any luck at all. I am unsure if there are any northeast PA people on this site, So if there are maybe someone has seen this car in the 80's or later.

This was a car of my fathers. He has owned many late 60's and early 70's mopars, But this was the last one he had/sold. I've been trying to locate this car for an extremly long time so I can purchase it back, No matter the cost. My father passed away unexpectedly in 09' , So I want the car even more so now to just sit in my garage.

If anyone has any information on this car or has seen any of the others at any point in their lifetime, Please contact me !!! (570)926-5493. I would do anything needed to get the car/cars.

I'm very sorry I do not have better pictures of this car. I know it was sold locally back in the 80's, But cannot find anything else about it !

From what I remember, It was a RR clone from what I can recall. I believe the car was green, Although he painted it orange back in the 80's. I also believe the car had a green interior..

A few of the others (None of the rest are clone cars). *Maybe someone would recognize these from the 80's, If in PA?

I'm no detective, but if you could find a sympathetic ear at your PA DMV. Maybe you could run your dads name and find cars that were titled to him. That might be in there. Good luck on your quest!

Still no luck.

Found the owner who purchased the car from my father, In the mid 80's. He says he sold it to a younger guy 5 min down the road, And the car got 'restored', And just sits in a garage somewhere down there in drums / conyngham / sugarloaf pa (Small valley outside of hazleton). I'm hoping maybe some day this will get google cached and maybe the owner will see it. The previous owner says he still definatly has the car, But all it does is sit in a garage.

I'd buy the car in a heartbeat, But if they weren't willing to sell, I'd love to get updated pictures of the car, And show them the pictures of the car that I have from the 80's .

Did the notary help you out, they should be able to just jump into the system here in PA, probably easier than in most states. Was going to mention a couple of the pics have the license plates in them so they could possibly look up the tags if they have not been reused yet.

Have you gone to check out the car yet? You never know what might happen if you do.

Unfortunatly the owner my father sold the orange 70' satellite to never contacted me back with the (what i believe to be the current owners), information. it's a shame, Because I even offered him a considerable amount for any information he could give me, But he fell through.

I have not given up my search as I believe one day I'll find this car, Especially being the rumor is it's somewhere in the next town over from me ( Conyngham PA , Drums PA, Or sugarloaf PA ). I take 4+ hrs every weekend and search for this car through these towns, In hopes to eventually see a garage door open ETC with this car sitting there. I have ALOT of time invested into trying to find this car over the past 10 years, It's at the point where I feel like I'm so close, But yet so far away from it.

Is there a local Mopar or classic car club in the area? Those guys usually know every car in town.

Hire a PI to do the leg work for you. You already said you would be willing to pay a few thousand dollars. That's right up a PI's alley.

Just an update. I still never found anything on this. I was hoping that some PA guys would have seen this and maybe recognized the old photo's. On a better note however, I did buy another one in the mean time ! Hoping to one day track any of these down to get them !
