Vacuum Actuators

I have a 1974 1/2 ton B100 Dodge van with the 318 motor. I have had it since 1981 and put a lot of miles on it. About 5 years ago I went through and mechanically restored it. It came with factory air but I did not at the time concern myself with the vacuum actuators that control the vent doors (if that is the right word) and so I never checked out the actuators when I had everything apart. I now want to have the air conditioning put back in but I may not be able to do this because of vacuum actuators (there are three of them) that may have gone bad over the years. One is bad for sure. It is the one just behind the front firewall. I would like to replace any bad actuators and maybe I should replace all of them considering the years even if they are not bad. I cannot find any auto parts store or air conditioning supply that has them. Ranchu said there are places that rebuild these vacuum actuators. Does anyone know where I can get the vacuum actuators for this vehicle or where I can have the existing ones rebuilt?
