Doesn't it have the 3 opera windows? Anyway, the area under the vinyl top is usually even. Although there probably won't be any paint under there and there might be some rust.

And most likely completely covered in dried glue.

Hick -

With all due respect, don't do something you might regret later. There aren't many 73/74 SEs around and even fewer that have been "rodded". The vinyl top and opera windows add a touch of class, IMHO anyway.

(OK, the 71 R/T hood doesn't hurt either ...)

I LOVE the opera windows! They look kinda goofy without them, IMHO. Under the vinyl would be a dusting of paint for protection and glue. Probably alot of pinhole rust too.
