Calipers 68 FuryII
I have discovered that the rubber boots around the pistons inside the calipers are leaking. Does anyone know a quick/easy solution to this problem or do I have to try and replace or rebuild them???
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

You never want to add anything to brake fluid unless it is more brake fluid. Anything else will contaminate it and cuase you problems with your whole braking system.

I would love to replace them if I could find some. Does anybody know where I could get some or where a good place to look would be? I believe the parts are interchangable on all 65-68 c-bodies.

look online or ask your local parts store.
if you do it yourself, be prepared to hone the bores and replace pitted pistons. if the housings are too pitted you'll need to replace them. you might need a piston puller if the pistons are rusted in the bores.

Hey there,
I have a 68 Fury ex-Texas DPS, with the same 4-piston disc brakes. I had mine rebuilt by calipersonline.com and was very satisfied with the work and the prices. They fit stainless sleeves to the bores when they rebuild and guarantee them. I had to return one about a year or so after I had it rebuilt and they replaced it promptly and without a hassle.
Tell me some more about your car...which department it served, which motor, etc.
Best wishes...
