I am thinking about upgrading my 66 Monaco 383 from a 2 bbl stromberg to a 4 bbl maybe Carter. I found a real nice manifold, does anyone know if the linkage is the same and what about the choke thermostat.

And any suggestions on a good carb would be appreciated, I guess the Carter 4131S is what the factory used. But that won't be easy to find and the choke thermostat seems to be even a bigger problem.
