Instrument gauge voltage limiter

Looking to get my instrument gauges working.

I pulled the instrument cluster and cleaned all the board contacts.

I found a condenser attached to the housing and to post "S" on the gas gauge/pcb.

I did not find a voltage limiter mounted to the cluster.

I assume I need an IVR4 voltage limter attached to the cluster (is this correct??).

How would it be wired ( I don't find anything in the schematic that showns the limter).

Any help appreciated!

Thanks
