I worked in a store that had a engine and tranny shop and we put type F in all the trannys. Of coarse this was manny years ago when all there was were 727,904,Turbo 350,PG,Turbo 400,BW,C6 and C4 transmisions so I'm not recommending it in the newer transmitions. I was also told at one time that B&M trick shift was just blue type F.
