71 grille in 73 challenger?

Cool 71 grill

good luck finding a 1971 grill
I got an extra but they are so hard to find Im keeping it as a spare.

If I remember correctly when my buddy put the 70 grille in his 73 he had to do a lot of fab work. The support and hood latch assembly also had to be changed, it was a lot of work.

there is one on ebay right now a complete front clip for 299 not bad for somthing that dont come around very often

There is quite a bit of work involved I'm told.
You know I thought about converting mine to a 70 but then decided against it. I think the 72 grille isn't as pretty but looks meaner. It's kind of a refreshing change from constantly seeing '70 models in all media too. But the car does need to sit right for it to look awesome. I like the look of my 72. I think it would be difficult for me to change her look.
