Assuming the timing is correct, rebuild the carb (and clean EVERYTHING). Accelerator pump, power valve problem the squirters getting clogged etc could cause that. Also make sure the flow circuits aren't clogged and the the pumps are adjusted corectly.

guys thanks for the tips ima keep you posted...on another note i installed a purple cam and im idleing round 900 im really thinking about pushing that to 1100 and getting a new carb ..what do you reccomend???
Got my tuning kit for the eddy gonna see how that goes but im still worried about my rpms...On take off when i release my clutch my rpms shot down and theres hesitation i dont know why
i had the same problem before the rebuild too i figured after taking everything apart and all the new parts i woulda resolved the issue

Talkin bout carbs is there a difference on installing the carb in with a spread board gasket (340 oem) compared to a square board gasket????? could that cause my car to be running rich cause i think when they installed my eddy thay used a squre board...
i honestly cant see that it would make it run rich.. the gasket could rip and get sucked into head.(if i understand your question right) but it would just burn up and get pushed out. if the gasket ripped under the flange (unlikely) it would run lean.
