77 aspen rt

Question 77 aspen rt

i have a 77 aspen rt with the fender tags showing A57 and A66 it has a 4 speed standard with a 318 edilbrock street master head on it in and a 4 barrel carter carb what have i got???????im confused A66 means super coup i think

I tried to PM you back...go back into your settings and choose to recieve PM's from others.

You have a 1977 Aspen R/T with the Super Pak option. It was a base Aspen R/T with front and rear spoilers and wheel flares. It could come with any engine or tranny combo available at that time.

ya i like it just dont know if its more valuable as a super pack or not,,i bought it as a rt from a guy ,,he said nothing about the super pack option,,is it more rare? and costly to buy?

A little more rare and it did cost more in 1977

depends on condition, being in ontario it may have been driven in less than ideal driving conditions, so it could be nice if it were taken care of well and stored over the winter (i would think it was stored over the winter)

ya theres no rust on it barley and the underside is great it was a out of province car they said when i went to register its been in ont for a few yrs now,turns out its a super pack ,,and i got all the wheel flares in the trunk except the rear spoiler and the curb catcher,,lol,but i like the look of it the way it is ,,sometimes less is more in my opinion,,needs a new head liner and some carpet but it will do for now ,,and the dash is cracked a bit ,,but hey its 34 yrs old,,and ide love to get some new bumpers ,or at least re-chrome them

Scotty,

There where 2,281 Aspen RT super Pak Cars made! Just A57 cars only there where 4,468 cars made, so the Super pak car is rare comparedto the A57 cars!
