Call Comp Cams and ask them about their Thumper and ***** Thumper cams.

Just for fun I ran your truck, stock everything with the XE256H on the Camquest 6. It came up 233hp 340tq. Putting small tube headers on changed it to 264hp 374tq. None of the other cams, even if bigger, showed any gains showing that manifold, heads and exhaust are the restricting factors. Look at the whole package when deciding and don't overlook the stock 340 HP cams.
