Question 65 W300 pushrods & lifters for 318 poly

Have a 65 w300 power wagon with 318 poly; just had head done and am needing to purchase new pushrods and lifters; anyone know where a good source is; tried Kanter's Obsolete but they list lifters and pushrods from 60-83 which would cover both poly and LA engines; aren't the pushrods and lifters different; Thanks

the 318 ploy uses solid lifters. should be easy to find.. if the pushrods are not worn and are straight use them. go to advance auto and get, Permatex Engine Assembly Lube Part No. 81950. to lube the parts. i allways keep at least 2 around, good all kinds of parts.
