W200 is a 3/4 ton truck which means you probably have a HDD44 (same as the normal D44 - only difference is the axle tube size) front axle. Being a 1970, there is a chance that the front axle is a closed knuckle and if that's the case then then my next paragraph may not be true.

If you find another Dodge truck up till ~93 with the same drivetrain that is a W200/W250 (3/4 ton), then they should fit.

Do you know what size the yoke is on the axle? Also, do you know the size of the yoke on the t-case?

try vintagepowerwagons.com they usually have the parts I'm looking for my 69 w200. I recommend getting their free catalog and a shop manual.
