I help run an estate sale company and one of my clients has this old car in his garage that he may ask me to sell for him as part of his estate. I think he said it was a 1951 Windsor. I told him I would try to do some research on it. I was trying to decipher the cowl tag but I'm having a hard time finding info for 50's chryslers. If anyone can direct me to a way to decipher the codes that would be great. I'm also trying to get a general idea of value. The client says the paint has been re-done and it does run although sometimes it smokes from the engine. The interior is in nice shape except the front floorboard may need to be replaced. He is nearing 100 years old so he has not had a chance to work on it and he couldn't give me much more info. Any help would be appreciated.
