To above years Dodge passenger&commercial (truck) owners.
There's a modern conversion to replace the insert that fits/sits inside MOPAR numbers: 651725/891437/1064856,
Use : Dimensions: ID 2.086 ( 53mm) x 2.677 (68mm) ODX .412 (10.5),
This's a direct/straightforward modification,
With NO modifications needed to your hubs (machining),
They fit./go into your metal retainer plate as a insert replacement for original leather insert,
